Franklin County: Truman Gates Scholarship Fund
Provides scholarships for financial assistance to student(s) that have graduated or will graduate from Ottawa High School, Ottawa, Kansas, so that they may continue their studies beyond high school.
Eligibility:
In order to be eligible for the scholarship, you must meet the following:
- Must be a graduate of Ottawa High School, Ottawa, Kansas;
- Must have demonstrated financial need;
- Must show motivation and aptitude for further study beyond high school;
- Must have participated in community and school activities
Student must continue to attend classes and keep a 2.5 grade point average (or equivalent).
