Western Extralite - Joan Coyne Scholarship
The Western Extralite–Joan Coyne Scholarship Fund has been established to provide scholarships to regular employees of Western Extralite Company and their legal dependents or lineal descendents of a grandparent who works for Western Extralite.
Eligibility:
In order to be eligible for the scholarship:
The applicant must be a regular Western Extralite employee enrolled in at least 6 hours of classes at an eligible institution
or be a full time student who is a legal dependent of a regular employee
or be a lineal descendent of a grandparent who is a regular employee for Western Extralite
(In order to be deemed a dependent, the applicant must be claimed on the Western Extralite associate's most recent federal income tax return)
and must meet the following additional criteria:
Must plan to attend a community college, trade school, or four-year university.
Must have maintained a 2.5 GPA or better during high school or college if applicable (copy of transcript is required).
